Dr. Bernadette Everette, Executive Director, founded New Beginnings Outreach in response to a deep, complex need within her community that extended far beyond food and shelter. Families were struggling silently: coping with poverty, unemployment, addiction, trauma, and isolation. She recognized that while emergency assistance was essential, it was not enough. People needed transformation—support that engaged the whole person: mentally, emotionally, physically, and socially. They needed guidance, mentorship, and the tools to rebuild with dignity.
